Inspect the affected area
We look beyond the surface and assess where moisture may have traveled behind walls, beneath flooring, or into adjacent materials.
Restoration service · Phoenix Valley
An active leak is urgent. A past leak can still be wet behind the wall. The right first step is an inspection that separates visible cleanup from the damage that still needs attention.
Client-supplied CTR field photoWhat this service solves
Many water losses do not begin with standing water. They begin with a damp baseboard, a cabinet that swelled, or a wall that never dried after a supply-line or appliance leak. We inspect first, document what is affected, and build the mitigation and repair scope from evidence.
Typical project sequence
We look beyond the surface and assess where moisture may have traveled behind walls, beneath flooring, or into adjacent materials.
The work may include removal of unsalvageable material, water extraction, controlled drying, and monitoring until the affected materials reach the appropriate condition.
When mitigation requires demolition, the project can continue into drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finish work through the same contractor.
What may be included
The exact scope depends on the inspection, the materials affected, and any applicable insurance coverage.
Important to know
If water is actively entering the property, call immediately. If the event has stopped but something still looks or smells wrong, a free inspection can clarify the next step without a trip fee.
